Order Processing & Policies

Orders are processed only during official business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Any orders placed outside these hours will be queued for processing the next business day.

• Incorrect Details: Orders with incorrect IMEI details, model numbers, or incomplete information will be automatically declined.
• Payment Verification: Unconfirmed payments or pending transactions will result in order delays or cancellations.
• Non-Compliance: Orders that do not meet service requirements will not be processed, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

GSM Alo is not responsible for delays caused by external providers or unexpected technical issues. We encourage users to double-check their order details before submission.

IMEI Modification

IMEI modification is a punishable offense. GSM Alo does not support any actions related to IMEI modification. We strongly urge all our customers, students, and employees to refrain from such activities.

Stolen Devices

We request our customers to refrain from working on stolen devices. If you suspect a device is stolen, stop working on it immediately. GSM Alo will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from working on stolen devices.

Refund Policy & Wallet Use

Refunds Policy:

• No refunds are offered once a purchase is completed unless the issue arises due to our service failure.
• Refund requests will be considered only if the service was not delivered as described.
• Refunds are not applicable for incorrect or invalid details provided by the user (e.g., wrong IMEI).

Wallet Use:

• Wallet funds are for exclusive use on GSM Alo services.
• Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any external account.
• Ensure you review the service description before using wallet funds to place an order.
